ZACHARY-LA—Real Property Management (RPM) Premium, a locally-owned, rental management company and part of the top ranked RPM Franchise, proudly held a grand opening and ribbon cutting ceremony on April 9 at their new home office in the Copper Mills Development in Zachary. In attendance were RPM Premium owners & Zachary residents, Billy and Bessie Duncan, members of the management team, loyal supporters, and members of the Zachary Chamber of Commerce.

The Reverend Fred J. Smith, with Shiloh Baptist Church, started the celebration with a prayer for the health and growth of the company and all those involved. Next, RPM Premium owner, Billy Duncan, recognized those in attendance for their contributions to the business. Tayla Duncan then showed the company’s first promotional video and guests were given a tour of the new office. Before ending the celebration, Zachary Chamber of Commerce members led the ribbon cutting ceremony.
